Pursuant to the EMNLL Constitution, we will be holding the Annual Meeting of the Members on Saturday, September 14 @ 9:00 am.  This meeting is held each year for the purpose of electing new Members, electing the Board of Directors, receiving reports, reviewing the Constitution, and appointing committees.
