SingleScore app

Field scoreboards are controlled from the SingleScore app on a phone or tablet. Except Field 3 (see below), they connect via bluetooth and do not require login.

Tip: SingleScore bluetooth connectivity has been reported to work better with Android devices.

Field 3 Scoreboard (Cellular)

Field 3 Scoreboard is the only scoreboard that uses a cellular connection and does not allow for use with the old control box.

The scoreboard on/off switch is located on the side of the box on the wall by the restrooms (above the dial).



1) Open the SingleScore app
The app will automatically run a Search for Scoreboards.
If No scoreboards found, tap OK.
On on your phone/device., make sure Location is turned on.

2) Connect to the scoreboard
Tap Scan.
The app will Search for Scoreboards.
Select East Marietta Field 3.
Select Control. If it says Request, someone else has control of the scoreboard.

3) Display the game clock on the app interface
Tap the gear icon and change settings to
Manufacturer: Electro-Mech
Model: 1341

Tap the clock icon and set to 1:45:00
Start the game clock when the pregame home plate meeting breaks up.
(Umpire keeps the official time, so this clock is approximate)



4) IMPORTANT: Disconnect from the scoreboard
When the game is completed,
Tap www and select Yes

Tip:
Avoid transferring control between users during a game. The scoreboard will lose connectivity for a few minutes and require the app to scan again to connect.
