Your child will need to wear cleats, and bring a glove, batting helmet with a facemask, and baseball bat. All equipment must comply with Little League Rules, even if not mentioned below.

Facemask on Batting Helmets - Per East Marietta's Local League Rules, all players are required to wear a facemask on batting helmets, except players in Major League and Junior League.

Batting helmets - Per Little League Helmet Rules, batters must wear helmets approved by National Operating Committee on Standards for Athletic Equipment (NOCSAE) during practice, as well as during games. Batting helmets must bear the NOCSAE stamp, be free of cracks or other visible damage, and all of the internal padding must not be missing, tattered, torn or frayed. Little League warns that altering the helmet in any form, including painting or adding decals (by anyone other than the manufacturer of authorized dealer) may void the helmet warranty and/or NOCSAE certification. Helmets may not be repainted and may not contain tape. Little League recommends that no alterations be made to any type of helmet.

Bat Rules - Bats must comply with Little League Bat Rules. Non-wood bats must meet the USA Baseball Bat standard (USABat), as adopted by Little League beginning January 1, 2018. They must bear the USA Baseball logo signifying an approved bat, and the USA Baseball logo must be legible. Wood bats can be used in lieu of USA Baseball bat standards, but must comply with Little League Bat Rules.

A jersey and hat is included in the registration fee. Your child will also need baseball specific pants, belt, and socks (colors determined by head coach), and cleats to complete their game day uniform. Jerseys and hats for each team will be delivered to and distributed by the head coach before the first game.

The uniforms for Spring 2026 are inspired by teams in the Nippon Professional Baseball Organization (NPB), often referred to as "Japanese baseball", following up on the enthusiasm for the uniforms in Spring 2025, which were inspired by teams from the Negro Leagues.

Jerseys will have last names and custom numbers as requested at time of registration. Kids grow quickly so please double check your child's jersey size! Size options are Youth XS-XL, and Adult Small and larger. Click here for youth and adult sizing guides, not all listed sizes are offered.

Hats will also have the custom number.

Your child's uniform order is based on the jersey size, last name, and number requested in your account, under the player's name. For late registrations (after February 7, 2026), jersey and hat customization and delivery by the first game are not guaranteed.
